Junior Hockey League media relations department looks at most notable off-season transfers in Kontinental Hockey League and junior teams.

Dinamo Minsk offered a try-out contract to forward Maxim Parfeyevets, who had played for Dinamo-Shinnik in Junior Hockey League. Parfeyevets played 186 games, scoring 91 goals and notching 51 assists for a total of 142 points.

Severstal inked 2-way deals for two years with two defensemen, who had formerly played for Metallurg Novokuznetsk – Viktor Baldayev and Kirill Maslov.

Baldayev played for Atlanty Moscow Region in Junior Hockey League, appearing in 85 games, while Maslov represented Loko Yaroslavl and HC MVD. He combined for 183 games and won JHL bronze medal in the 2014-15 season.

Traktor Chelyabinsk inked a 2-way deal for a year with forward Andrei Popov, who had played just 14 games for Belye Medvedi in Junior Hockey League.
