Every week top three MHL players of the week will be named on the league’s official website. The players will be chosen by the website editors based on their statistics. Moreover, every subscriber to MHL official community page on VKontakte.com can vote for any player he liked to give him a chance to end on fan chart of best players of the week.

All three best players of the first week of the regular season represented the same team – Stalnye Lisy Magnitogorsk. Champions of the first Kharlamov Cup in history played four games last week, got all 12 points and are currently tied for first with Irbis Kazan in the Eastern Conference. Stalnye Lisy scored 23 goals and allowed just three.

Top goaltender

Sergei Bronnikov, Stalnye Lisy Magnitogorsk

20-year-old Bronnikov played three games last week and led his team to a win in every of them. Overall Bronnikov allowed three goals. His Goals Against Average was 1.01. His Average Save Percentage was 95.4. He played 179 minutes and 6 seconds.

Top defenseman

Savely Kozlov, Stalnye Lisy Magnitogorsk

18-year-old Kozlov played four games, scoring one goal and adding four assists to that for a total of five points. Kozlov was also a plus-5. He got two penalty minutes and currently tops all defensemen in the league in points with five.

Top forward

Artyom Zhelezkov, Stalnye Lisy Magnitogorsk

The third Magnitogorsk representative played three games last week, scoring four goals and adding two assists to that for a total of six points. 20-year-old Zhelezkov was also a plus-5.
