Russkie Vityazi pull off a comeback, Krylia Sovetov beat Krasnaya Armiya

Kama Tyres Cup continued in Kazan on August 10th, while Head of Metropolitan Cup games took place in Stupino. Exhibition games were also held in Moscow, Nizhnekamsk and Togliatti.

Sputnik’s failed comeback

Kazan saw Day 4 of Kama Tyres Cup. In the opening game of the day Sputnik Almetyevsk fell to Stalnye Lisy Magnitogorsk in overtime. Notably, the former came back from a 3-0 deficit but Maxim Kuznetsov scored the game-winning goal for the ‘Steel Foxes’ in the extra period of play.
